Placing manual order’s has now never been easier. Enjoy full control over which rental durations appear for your staff to select when placing orders in-store, and over the phone.
Save even more time at checkout, and reduce the risk of human error, by setting your online store rental periods to match the rental periods that appear on manual orders. Now, if you only offer hourly reservations from 9.00 to 17.00 for online customers, your manual order screen will also only display these same rental periods for selection! You can turn this feature on and off as you choose, as well as set permissions for specific management staff to have the ability to override these restrictions.
Turning this feature on will ensure that no orders will be placed outside of operating hours, and no customers will face disappointed with incorrect reservation times.
