How do online bookings actually reach my schedule?

When a customer books and pays on your rental website or booking page, the order automatically lands in your Booqable back office. The dumpster they reserved is immediately marked as booked for those dates, so another customer can’t be promised the same unit.

Can I track each dumpster separately and schedule maintenance?

Yes. Each dumpster can be set up as its own unit, so you can see which one is out on-site, who has it, and when pickup is scheduled. When a unit needs inspection or repairs, you can schedule downtime that takes it out of availability for those dates.

How do security deposits work for dumpster rentals?

Booqable can add a deposit to every order automatically, either a fixed amount or a percentage of the rental total.
