Each is built to the highest standard by Blaž in his home workshop. He plans to add more games in the future as the interest in his products grows.
Creating a rental website
When Blaž started planning his rental business, he knew he would need a website to accept online bookings. Being new to rentals, he began by looking at popular website builders like WordPress and Shopify. However, it quickly became apparent that he would need another solution to set up online bookings without technical knowledge. So, he began searching for solutions from other providers.
His search led him to Booqable, with its built-in website builder and inventory management system. He chose the Vogue theme, as it provided a good base for the aesthetic he wanted for his website. He then customized it with his own content and added his products. In addition, he used the translation feature to translate all of the labels on the website into Slovenian.
Expanding in neighboring countries
While Blaž is just getting started with his wooden party game rental business, he has big ambitions. Once he has grown its presence in Slovenia, he would like to expand to neighboring countries like Italy, Austria, Hungary, and Croatia. Meanwhile, he continues to make more games to add to his rental offering alongside hobby pieces.
