Yuriy Vinnicov runs Elite Events 417, a family-owned bounce house rental business in Southwest Missouri. With five kids at home, Yuriy and his wife were always looking for ways to add to the family income. He tried a few side gigs, including buying and reselling liquidation pallets. Every so often, an item came through that he thought would earn more as a rental than as a quick sale.
Then a batch of around ten non-commercial bounce houses showed up. “Rather than keeping those, we decided to sell them and use the money to invest in commercial-grade inflatables,” Yuriy says. That was the beginning of Elite Events 417, which officially launched in May 2026.
Today the inflatable rental lineup includes commercial bounce houses, wet and dry slides, obstacle courses and interactive games, like an officially licensed modular Tetris obstacle course and a Sticky Wall game. They also rent tables, chairs, cocktail tables and tents, and they’re expanding into balloon installations, backdrops and draping.
Most bounce house rental customers are families planning birthdays and private parties, but churches, schools, festivals and community groups book too. Many find Elite Events 417 on Facebook Marketplace or their Facebook page, which links straight to their Booqable booking page. Yuriy chose Booqable as the back office and online store for his business, with delivery tools that suit a company covering a wide area.
Bookings that run on their own until delivery day
Before Booqable, every bounce house rental booking started in Facebook Messenger. Yuriy would ask about the date, location, equipment and delivery, then create a PayPal invoice by hand and follow up for payment. “As the number of inquiries started growing, it became clear that handling everything manually through Facebook Messenger and PayPal would be difficult to scale,” he says.
Here’s how it works now. Customers visit the Booqable store, browse the inventory, check real-time availability and pricing, pick their dates and pay online. The payment and order details are attached to the reservation automatically.
“In many cases, the first time we really need to get involved is when we’re preparing the order for delivery,” Yuriy says. “That has saved us a lot of time and made the business much easier to manage.”
For this inflatable rental business, automation means:
-
Customers can reserve and pay whenever it suits them, without waiting for a reply
-
No more creating and sending separate PayPal invoices
-
One place to see upcoming reservations and which equipment is committed to each event
The Messenger back-and-forth that came with every inquiry is mostly gone. Yuriy and his wife now spend that time on setups, events and growing their bounce house rental inventory.
Delivery fees calculated at checkout
Elite Events 417 is a delivery-based inflatable rental business, and it serves customers well beyond its immediate area. Working out delivery costs by hand for every inquiry would take a lot of time.
With Booqable, delivery is part of the booking process. Customers enter their event address, and the delivery fee is calculated and added to the order before they pay. When the family is out on the road, they pull up order details in the Booqable browser version on an iPad.
“I really like the delivery functionality because we serve customers across a fairly large area and delivery costs can be calculated as part of the booking process,” Yuriy says.
For their inflatable rental deliveries, this means:
-
Delivery fees are worked out automatically for every booking
-
Customers see the full price, including delivery, before they reserve
-
Order details are on hand from an iPad during deliveries and setups
Yuriy no longer has to calculate delivery for each inquiry before a customer can book. And customers get a clear total upfront, which makes it easier for them to say yes.
Building a full-service bounce house rental company
Yuriy wants Elite Events 417 to become a full-service party and event rental company for Southwest Missouri, with bounce house rental, tents, tables, chairs and décor all in one place. As the inventory grows, Booqable’s availability tracking helps them avoid double bookings.
“It has definitely helped us look more professional and made it much easier for customers to do business with us,” Yuriy says.
From a handful of liquidation bounce houses to a growing inflatable rental business, Elite Events 417 has built its booking process on Booqable from early on. Customers book and pay online, delivery is calculated at checkout, and the family can focus on setting up great events.
